Streams of candidates can be screened, interviewed, put on hold, placed in jobs quickly and efficiently. There are a variety of reports like key performance indicator reports, client and candidate snapshot reports, etc. which help the executive team to concentrate on the effort in the right direction. The dashboard provides 360-degree status which includes top 5 candidates, open positions, scheduled interviews, key KPI reports and actionable items for certain roles.
The dashboard is customized for each role, for example, an interviewer can only see the candidates, their skill summary, and resume, assigned to him for screening. This HR portal was developed in Ruby on Rails with a PostgreSQL and is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure.
